City Park Apartment I Amsterdam

The City Park Apartment I is a stylish and classy studio apartment on the third floor of a contemporary Amsterdam building, located in the central neighborhood of Helmersbuurt.

The apartment offers elegance and modernity without breaking the wallet. The atmospheric lighting creates a cosy mood and the contemporary furnishings give a sense of today. The place features a comfortable double-bed, a functional dining/working table, some seating and storage items for your convenience, a small home entertainment set in the form of a flatscreen TV and a magnificent city view outside the high windows. The generously-equipped kitchen section has got everything you need to prepare your own meals. Add to this the modern and tidy bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet and you’ve got a perfect place to return to after many hours of exciting trips around the city.

The City Park Apartment I is a perfect choice for couples or business travelers looking for affordable and homely accommodation in direct vicinity of the centre of Amsterdam.

Important information: This apartment is located in a quiet residential building. Therefore it is very suitable for families or elderly, and not for groups. After 11 pm silence in the building is required.

With the canal belt to the east, the Vondelpark to the west and many other equally interesting places among and around to go to, you can never get out of options to spend your time.

If you’re in a mood for a leisurely stroll with occasional stop-by for a cup of tea or coffee or some snack, it’s enough to follow the intersecting streets of Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat and Overtoom and you can find plenty of welcoming cafés, pubs and coffee shops to provide you with something tasty and fresh.

If you’ re, however, feeling more DIY, you can visit the nearby Marqt – the Farmers’ Market, where you can get many sorts of fish, cheese, traditional bread, fresh fruit, vegetables and wine; all this at very reasonable prices. The famous Van Gogh Museum is also within walking distance. The name speaks for itself, but apart from the usual collection of paintings, expect the opportunity to compare the works of Van Gogh to those by other artists from the 10th century.

Wherever you move, there’s always something to explore, bound to please your eyes, palate and spirit – this is how Amsterdam simply is.

Great apartment in a beautiful modern building! We loved the apartment for it's proximity to the city center with quick access on tram. We also loved the huge glass doors that open to a nice view of the city. We would highly recommend for couples.

Great Apartment, very safe - Good area. A little walk into the main part of the city but if your not up for walking the tram is right out the front of the apartment building. loved it!
